Direct Support Professional/ Home Health Aide (In-Home Setting)
Ormond Beach, FL- Daytona Beach Shores, FL -Deland, FL and Jacksonville FL

Our company is seeking individuals who cherish working alongside individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to join our team. An in-home DSP gets the chance to collaborate with our clients who reside in private homes. You will have the opportunity to help them progress towards their goals, accompany them on outings, and help integrate them into their communities at large.

As a Direct Support Professional, your duties will include:

  • Following clients’ support plan/care plan for tasks
  • Recording observations and tasks and signs each entry on the appropriate form for each visit made
  • Communicating on a weekly basis or more often as necessary with the supervisor
  • Immediately reporting emergency situations by phone to supervisor or office
  • Keeps an accurate timesheet
  • Follows assignments and regulations
  • Reminding clients about their medication intakes
  • Planning and preparing meals for the client based on their specific dietary requirements, and if requested, feeding the client
  • Assisting with personal care and a variety of daily living activities
  • Assisting with home management tasks
  • Providing companionship for persons with disabilities

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year working experience in a Group Home and/or Home Health setting and a valid CPR, Driver’s license, and Proof of car insurance
  • Must have a high school diploma/GED
  • Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening
  • Must be able to work in the capacity of persons with disabilities, APD (Agency for Person with Disabilities

Private Duty Home Health Aide/Caregiver
– Daytona Beach, FL

You’ll nurture the unique story of every patient through compassion, companionship, & care.

  • *12hr Shifts*
  • Must have experience working with Alzheimer’s Dementia
  • 8a.m.-8p.m. *2 days per week, Wednesday-Thursday
  • 8p.m.-8a.m. * Thursday

About “This” Position
As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality care to our patients within the home, in a one-on-one setting. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Following clients care plan for tasks
  • Recording observations and tasks and signs each entry on the appropriate form for each visit made
  • Communicating on a weekly basis or more often as necessary with the supervisor
  • Immediately reporting emergency situations by phone to supervisor or office
  • Light housekeeping
  • Following assignments and regulations
  • Reminding clients about their medication intakes
  • Planning and preparing meals for the client based on their specific dietary requirements, and if requested, feeding the client
  • Assisting with personal care and a variety of daily living activities
  • Assisting with home management tasks
  • Providing companionship

Qualifications:

Med Tech/Caregiver/ CAN
– Port Orange, FL

  • *8 hr Shifts*
  • 7 a.m.-3p.m.
  • 3 p.m.-11p.m.
